WarAnvil Teamspeak Usage… We Need More People!
Posted by: | CommentsEvenin’ lads and lasses! If you would like to peruse the image below, you will see that we have a guild who has set up residency in our Teamspeak server. We had a good 20 people or so in there the other night, and the number only increased as the night went on. Many thanks to the SNM guys for making such good and consistent use of the server.

For us here at WarAnvil, this is fantastic. It’s very heartening to see our server getting some proper use, but we want more! If your guild needs a channel, email me! If your friends guild needs a channel, email me! If you just want a channel for your 3v3 Arena Team, email me! Hell, if you register on the Teamspeak server you can create your own passworded channel, and it’ll be there permanently from that point on, so you don’t even have to talk to us at all if you just want a basic no frills channel! Remember, this is a totally FREE service we’re offering here. Your guild could have a raid ready Teamspeak channel TONIGHT.
If you want us to set up a channel, email me with the desired channel name and password. If you just want to try it out, log on and create one yourself! You can access the server by clicking the big old Teamspeak link at the top of the site. Now get in there and make some use of it!
Oh yeah, and did I mention you can email me?
Starting All Over Again – For Arena Action!

I’ll admit it, I’ve never played an arena match ever! I know this is quite shocking to most people reading this, but the simple fact of the matter was, I simply was not interested in PvP. For a long time I had been a stern die hard PvE player. My reasons behind this stem from a lot of my past experiences. I played eq2 for a few years at the highest level of raiding, admittedly I’ve not played wow at that same level, but I still know all the dungeons inside out. I’ve always tanked too. Sure I’ve had alts which I’ve messed with and in some cases I’ve even claimed to be changing my main over to them. In the end I always come rolling back to Grim and his Warrior buddies to tank yet another instance!
But what if I look at this from a totally new perspectiveve? What if I simply strip all my characters of everything they own and send it all to one of my alts and make him my full time main no questions asked?
I want to get into competitive PvP as its the last thing left for me in WoW, so to speak. These are my alts:
- 70 Paladin
- 65 Warlock
- 54 Mage
The rest range from level 1-10 so are not really worth mentioning, oh and I forgot the obligatory Death Knight.
I went with the Mage I’ll discuss why are the split.
ESL Global Arena Finals
Posted by: | CommentsI’m not going to say much here, but take a look at this Mage. This has to be the best performance I have ever seen by one player on the arena tournament circuit.
