Gamestop had their Black Friday sale, where WoW battle-chest was half off = $20 bucks. I took the chance to nab a copy of WoW (with BC) of my daughter, who earned me a free month by creating the account, making my total out of pocket for Battle Chest = $5. Considering how packed the store was in my small, out-of-the way town, I can't imagine how busy Game Stops in major cities were and how many Battle Chests left the stores in other smart shopper hands. I even got an extra Battle Chest just in case I ever wanted to RAF some alts up or give the game to friend/relative. This really comes as no surprise to me.
