world of warcraft duel spec

By

duel-spec

Duel specs will change the game, that much I do know.  From my perspective I can now operate as pure melee dps along with keeping my tanking roots!  I play the game to tank, but recently its been more and more difficult to find groups.  The core of players I used to play with on an almost daily basis have moved on from WoW leaving me behind.  This means i need to form new friend networks to keep playing.  This is where the problem is!  People usually have tanks sorted they just look for dps.  I have strongly been against going fury as I quite simply find it embarrassing that a Warrior (a class designed to tank) plays the role of dps.

But duel specs have and will save the day.  I cannot wait to simply click a button, whip out my dps set and go fury TG dps.  I’ve never really played as fury for anything other then leveling.  Even in Wrath I leveled up as prot hehe :)

Duel specs will open peoples eyes to new ways of playing their characters.  I enjoy tanking but maybe I will enjoy dps even more?  Duel specs will give us the platform to try new play styles out, without breaking the bank.

So speak up guys, what are you looking forward to doing with duel specs?

Also I apologise for the lack of posts recently.

I was looking forward to getting duel specs so that I could use my moonkin and resto gear but with the 1000g cost going with the duel spec option I think I’ll give it a miss….
