I recently started leveling my death knight herbalism and inscription to the same results - 20g starting cash from the start zone quest trash and hes up to 100 in a day or two. Scrolls also have no deposit cost, since they count as enchanting materials, which is a wonderful thing. Glyphs are still big business right now, since not everyone has their dual spec money yet, or is willing to make that plunge.
