After that, I keep up my diseases and just spread out the love with Scourge Strike. As Blood, you'll want to use Heart Strike, and Frost Strike if you're Frost. Keep the diseases circulating with Pestilence whenever possible, and keep dumping your power with Rune Strike. That's what I do anyway, and as of yet I've not had any problems! I was doing good sticking to Unholy, but after reading this, I'm yearning for blood again.
