http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Malorne&n=Jojosteve

I personally think you're off base in some areas. As you can see my gear set was perfectly constructed, gemmed and enchanted with precision.

I believe haste is as important as crit, after all, what good is being able to throw a monster heal if your tank dies while waiting on cast time? I can drop 100k in healing in under 10 seconds if I pop all cool downs and that doesn't include the heal over time (trinket) or the glyph splash heal.

Raid buffed I have a 40% critical and with the haste proc (trinket) I heal as fast as any other class.

I think the most important think you forgot was the use of Holy Shock. As a paladin, it should be used every chance you get. Mine goes critical for 8-11k depending on circumstances and also affords me a choice betweens an instant cast FoL (4.8k ) or a 1.2 second HL (11.2k ).

As for gear, forget heroics, get into Naxx and Maly (EoE) as fast as possible. And spend your gold, what good is sitting on 10,000G if you're not good enough to get a 25 man group?

Oh and as a quick tip, if you want to see more about what I mean, try this site;
http://be.imba.hu/

That site will tell you what you did right, wrong and even tell you how good your character build is. I hope this information helps.

Happy Healing!

Not a bad piece of text for heroics. But i think you should be careful with how you prioritize stats. When you are grinding through heroics there are certain stats that you will need to prioritize more then later on when you are BiS(or close to it).

For instance, Haste isnt quite as important when you are doin heroics as Sp/Intel/Crit. It is an amzing increase in throughput but it will cause you to go oom much faster. Crit if you are specd right should be siting at round 25% with the correct ret talents. after you get roudnd these stats start to focus on more int/sp then readjust to work in haste after.

Awesome piece of text right there. I'm not a healing paladin (actully a protadin <3) but it feels like you got the solid and important fact to be able to heal through the heroics out there!

Since, i'm a tank I can just agree that the paladin healers are at this moment, the best healers you can go around with. Longlasting mana pools, great heals, FAST heals and even a HoT with the right inscription spell. Oh and keep up the good work with this site, I digg it!
