For example, sometimes it might actually be quicker to complete a quest and then hand it in and get the follow up, rather than completing every single quest you have and then going back. I don't know if that's changed now but I found that occured a few times when I used it. Quickest way to level is to used Jame's Levelling guides at www.wow-pro.com.
